…" Learn not the way of the heathen"…

First I want to say that in no way, shape or form am I using this post to force our opinion, belief or anything else on anyone.

I also want to remind you that no one should (By disagreeing and ignoring us), force their shallow point of view on us either.

Ultimately, on a very soon coming day, when Jesus Christ returns, What we all truly believe will be between us and the living God and no one else will be to blame if we are wrong, so we had better get this right and we had better get this right immediately !

What we want to do is to help people have an open mind and to ” warn the unruly” like God has instructed us to do.

As we all know, there is a great division within the “christian” church. Why is that if God told us not to be divided?

I think for the most part, people within the church want to live a life pleasing to men and not put God first even though it might mean loosing all of your “friends” and “family”.

God Must Be First !

Does it matter if true believers celebrate christmas ?

Are we suppose to show the unbelieving world that Jesus Christ was born while meeting paganism half way?

If you just study the history of christmas, you will see that it was and still is a pagan festival being used to deceive you.

There are some that wanted to make their church bigger so they have deceived and continue to deceive believers into believing falsely.

We could go on and on about how the “church” for the most part is being deceived, but we do not want to get into that old argument too much, that is not our goal.

Our goal, again is to help people have an open mind when it comes to putting God first and being certain that you have no unforgiven sin in your life.

Are you meeting paganism half way by doing some of the same man made traditions that the heathen do?

One of many examples is the christmas tree.

Do you need that non sense in order to tell someone that God came in the flesh?

The Christmas tree, now so common among us, was equally common in pagan Rome and pagan Egypt. In Egypt that tree was the palm-tree; in Rome it was the fir; the palm tree denoting the pagan Messiah, as Baal-Tamar, the fir referring to him as Baal-Berith.”

We Believe, with all of our heart that Jesus Christ was born in Bethlehem during the feast of Tabernacles which is in the fall, not because of man’s tradition or what uncle Joe said, but because we have studied this , intensely through prayer, listening to the voice of truth and by getting an understanding from our teacher, the Holy spirit.

We celebrate the birth of Christ and tell people about him 365 days a year, not just one.

We followed Christmas for many many years, but when we get to a point in our walk with Christ when God is ready to reveal something, anything that is deceiving us, we absolutely need to repent of it and start following the absolute truth.

Our Lord Jesus Christ Loves us and he is not a baby anymore.

he is fully grown and we should be working towards being fully grown, in Christ.

I am attaching some excellent links that we hope will help to open your eyes to the truth.

The question is, do you really want to open your eyes ??

Jeremiah 10 King James Version (KJV)10 Hear ye the word which the Lord speaketh unto you, O house of Israel:2 Thus saith the Lord, Learn not the way of the heathen, and be not dismayed at the signs of heaven; for the heathen are dismayed at them.3 For the customs of the people are vain: for one cutteth a tree out of the forest, the work of the hands of the workman, with the axe.4 They deck it with silver and with gold; they fasten it with nails and with hammers, that it move not.5 They are upright as the palm tree, but speak not: they must needs be borne, because they cannot go. Be not afraid of them; for they cannot do evil, neither also is it in them to do good.6 Forasmuch as there is none like unto thee, O Lord; thou art great, and thy name is great in might.7 Who would not fear thee, O King of nations? for to thee doth it appertain: forasmuch as among all the wise men of the nations, and in all their kingdoms, there is none like unto thee.8 But they are altogether brutish and foolish: the stock is a doctrine of vanities.9 Silver spread into plates is brought from Tarshish, and gold from Uphaz, the work of the workman, and of the hands of the founder: blue and purple is their clothing: they are all the work of cunning men.10 But the Lord is the true God, he is the living God, and an everlasting king: at his wrath the earth shall tremble, and the nations shall not be able to abide his indignation.

May God bless you all with a complete understanding of HIS word.
