Keep moving forward towards the goal

Working hard at work, working out and working at home. It is good to have a goal set.

For example I workout and run everyday to get fit and have noticed that having a goal is rewarding. Like in the kingdom of God we press towards the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.

Keep moving forward towards the goal.

Philippians 3:14 King James Version (KJV)

14 I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.

Exercise,Praise and prayer

I have been getting a good amount of exercise and when I pray and worship I am energized and strengthened. Exercise, praise and prayer are good for the body and soul.

“Psalms 98:4KJV
Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all the earth: make a loud noise, and rejoice, and sing praise.”

God gives us strength to keep moving forward

We were walking the other day to get exercise and got a beautiful photo of a willow tree.

The willow Tree represents balance, learning, growth, harmony, strength, stability, standing firm and withstanding the greatest of challenges.

I notice in life as we work hard and have great challenges or obstacles. Our God helps us to have growth, strength and stability as we stand firm in our faith and do Gods will.

God Gives us power and strength to keep moving forward

Psalm 40:29KJV He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength.
