We were walking the other day to get exercise and got a beautiful photo of a willow tree.
The willow Tree represents balance, learning, growth, harmony, strength, stability, standing firm and withstanding the greatest of challenges.
I notice in life as we work hard and have great challenges or obstacles. Our God helps us to have growth, strength and stability as we stand firm in our faith and do Gods will.
God Gives us power and strength to keep moving forward
Psalm 40:29KJV He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength.
Some people have said, how have you experienced all you have in 40 years and still have faith? I can say, that it’s only because of my faith in God from when I became saved knowing what Jesus Christ did on that cross that has changed me and alowed me to have the faith the I have.
“Hebrews 11:1 KJV Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.“
Trust in God all the time. This demonstrates faith.
Psalm 62:8 King James Version (KJV)
Trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us. Selah.
Wait upon the Lord to renew Stregth.
Isaiah 40:31KJV But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
Taking steps of faith as we grow in Christ.
Today we walked up tinker Waterfalls and with each step I had faith. For anyone who knows me. I have a fear of heights. Today I took Steps of faith. As I saw my husband Robert reaching the top I was encouraged and made it more than half way up the steps. This is a great accomplishment knowing God hasn’t given me the spirit of fear but of power Love and a sound mind. The goal is to reach the top the next time we go there. I realize that God has given us spiritual gifts and one of them is Faith.
“A growing faith is pleasing to God. “

Faith is a gift of the spirit.
1 Corinthians 12:9 KJV To another faith by the same spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same spirit.
